Welcome to the New York Chapter of the U.S. Philatelic Classics Society.

The New York Chapter is a group of collectors who are interested in nineteenth century U.S. stamps and covers. Our chapter meets on the second Tuesday of each month (except July and August) at 7:00 PM at the Collector's Club, located at 22 East 35th Street, New York, NY.

At most meetings you can hear a very interesting presentation by a guest or member on a topic related to nineteenth century U.S. philately. We generally send out photocopies of some of the presentation material a short time after the meeting. On occasion we might have a "show and tell" discussion or ask our members to put together a one-frame exhibit of their favorite material.

Visitors are always welcome to attend our meetings. A group of members meets beforehand at 6:00 PM for a "Dutch treat" dinner at a nearby restaurant and all visitors are cordially invited to join us.

The chapter dues are only $15 per year, which covers the cost of printing and postage for the monthly mailings. If you would like to join our chapter, please e-mail Michael Heller at:
mi.heller@verizon.net for further information.
